A slipped disc, a muscle strain, or the need for urgent therapy can happen anytime, anywhere—even during your stay in Munich. If you require fast and professional help, our experienced team of physical therapists is here for you.

We are located right in the city center, between Marienplatz, Odeonsplatz, and Karlsplatz (Stachus).

International patients are welcome: we provide treatment against cash payment and issue an English invoice, which you can submit to your health insurance at home.

Your health is our focus.

01.

We help immediately

After recent shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot, and spinal injuries, we offer immediate, individual, and holistic therapy, also at home.

This allows our patients to maintain and quickly rebuild their muscle strength and mobility through gentle, pain-free, and special treatment both before and after an operation.

Ask for short-term appointments.

Therapy options for everyone

We want to restore your health and maintain it in the long term.

We help recently operated patients with mobilization, women after pregnancy, children with posture problems, and athletes with rehabilitation.

We will accompany you for as long as you need and want us to.

Our Practice in the center of Munich.

Three bright treatment rooms. We place great emphasis on large and bright treatment rooms. You have space and air to breathe.

Fitness room - physiotherapy with equipment. In contrast to a fitness studio, the medical and health aspect is the main focus of physiotherapy. We help you regain stability and strength.

Pleasant atmosphere. You don't need to bring anything. Our rooms are heated just right, smell pleasant, and our towels are fluffy and soft.

Regain stability and mobility.

Fear of pain increasingly restricts your range of motion. We help you feel yourself again and regain stability and mobility step by step.

We help you get fit again quickly.

+Mobilize and relieve pain after operations
arrow-icon-size3

After hip and knee operations, as well as back injuries and cruciate ligament tears, rehabilitation begins already in the hospital. The seamless transition from inpatient care to outpatient care after discharge is crucial.

In the first few weeks after the surgery, we try to expose the musculoskeletal system to a cautious and painless load for the first time - small, repetitive movements.

Pain relief also plays a central role in preventing a permanent protective posture. We achieve this through relieving positions, heat applications, massages and stretches, and manual lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage also reduces postoperative swelling.

+Chronic illnesses like osteoarthritis, MS, and Parkinson's
arrow-icon-size3

Chronic illnesses often cannot be cured, but we can accompany you and show you how to make everyday life more pain-free.

+Acute back pain, herniated discs
arrow-icon-size3

Back and disc problems can be fixed in the medium and long term with the right exercises. It begins with morning exercises for mobilization and physiotherapy to reverse muscle shortening. We are the specialists for backs!
